🎓 What You Will Get

📜 A Diploma in International Relations

Qualification as a specialist in international relations, public communications and regional studies, with an indication of eligibility for employment as a translator/interpreter.

🌍 Fluent Knowledge of Foreign Languages

From the first year, students are required to study two foreign languages — English and one additional language of their choice (German, French, Polish, Spanish, Czech, or Croatian).

🏆 Three Qualifications at Once

Upon graduation, you receive three qualifications at once: international political scientist, translator/interpreter, and public communications specialist.

👨‍🏫 Professional Teaching Staff

Successful training of a specialist in international relations requires true professionals in the field. Guest professors from Ukraine and abroad are regularly invited.

✈️ Internships at Ukraine’s Diplomatic Missions

Students complete real-world internships at Ukrainian embassies, permanent missions, and consular institutions. Each student independently chooses the country for their internship.

As part of these internships, students have visited diplomatic institutions in 20 cities across 12 countries.

🎓 Studying at a Partner University

Free tuition (one semester) at the University of Warsaw or the University of Łódź.

Double Degree Programme with the University of Warsaw:

  • studying in Warsaw for one semester;
  • a European scholarship;
  • two diplomas — from Vasyl Stefanyk Carpathian National University and the University of Warsaw.

📋 Admission Requirements

BACHELOR’S LEVEL

List of competitive entrance subjects:

  1. Ukrainian Language
  2. History of Ukraine
  3. Mathematics
  4. Any subject (applicant’s choice)

Minimum competitive score: from 150 points
Licensed enrollment: 100 places (full-time)

MASTER’S LEVEL

Licensed enrollment: 50 places (full-time and part-time)

Training of specialists is funded through:

  • the state budget;
  • state preferential long-term loans;
  • funds of individuals and legal entities.
