Ihor Yevhenovych Tsependa is a Doctor of Political Sciences, Professor, Acting Rector of Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University, and Professor of the Department of International Relations. A well-known researcher in the field of Ukrainian-Polish relations and Ukraine’s foreign policy.

He leads the university and takes part in the scholarly work of the Department of International Relations. Author of numerous academic works on international relations and foreign policy.
