Petro Mykhailovych Havrylyshyn is a Candidate of Historical Sciences and Associate Professor of the Department of International Relations at Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University. He is actively engaged in research and teaching in the field of international relations.

Teaches academic disciplines at the Department of International Relations. Author of scholarly publications on the EU security dimension and international relations.
