Nataliia Romanivna Holubiak was born on April 24, 1990, in Tysmenytsia, Ivano-Frankivsk region. From 1997 to 2007, she studied at Tysmenytsia Secondary School. In 2007, she entered the Institute of History and Political Science at Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University.
In 2012, she received her higher education degree in Political Science. As part of an exchange program, she completed a semester of study at the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science of the University of Warsaw (2012), as well as an internship at the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Poland.
From 2012 to 2014, she studied in the postgraduate program at Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University. In 2014, she defended her PhD dissertation “Regional Policy of Ukraine and the Republic of Poland: A Comparative Analysis” at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
In 2017–2018, she was a scholarship recipient of the Republic of Poland’s program for young scholars. In 2022, she completed an international internship under the EU Erasmus+ program at the University of Opole (Poland). Since 2018, she has been with the Department of International Relations at Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University.
