Nataliia Mykolaivna Stetsiuk was born on February 11, 1980, in Ivano-Frankivsk (graduated from school there in 1997). She graduated from the Faculty of History of Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University in 2002.

In 2002, she entered postgraduate studies at PNU in the specialty “World History.” Since 2007, she has been an assistant at the Department of International Relations. In 2012, she defended her Candidate of Sciences dissertation “National-Cultural Activity of Ukrainians in the Polish People’s Republic (1947–1989)” under the supervision of Prof. M. Kuhutiak. After her defense, she became an associate professor of the department. Since 2018, she has served as Head of the Department of International Relations.

As part of her work at the department, she teaches the following disciplines:

Author of about 35 scholarly and educational-methodological works. She completed an internship at the Department of International Relations of the University of Rzeszów (Republic of Poland, 2017).
