Carpathian National University named after Vasyl Stefanyk continues to expand international education opportunities for its students. This year, two students of the International Relations programme became participants in the prestigious double degree programme carried out in cooperation with the University of Warsaw (Republic of Poland).
The programme’s participants are:
Nazar Savitskyi;
Yuliia Nahorniak.
The students will study at the Centre for East European Studies of the University of Warsaw, combining their studies at Carpathian National University named after Vasyl Stefanyk with one of Poland’s most prestigious universities.
An important benefit of the programme is a monthly scholarship of 1,800 Polish zloty provided by the Polish side to support students during their studies.
The programme was made possible thanks to the work of the Educational and Research Centre for Central and Eastern European Studies at the Department of International Relations, which actively develops international academic partnerships and promotes academic mobility opportunities and double degree programmes for university students.
The double degree programme opens up broad opportunities for professional and academic development, allowing students to study according to European standards, deepen their international experience, improve their foreign language skills, and, upon successful completion of their studies, receive diplomas from two universities.
The participation of Department of International Relations students in such international educational programmes reflects the high level of their training and the result of the consistent development of international cooperation at Carpathian National University named after Vasyl Stefanyk.
