Carpathian National University named after Vasyl Stefanyk has ranked 6th in the Consolidated Ranking of Higher Education Institutions of Ukraine for 2026, published by the education information resource Osvita.ua.
The Consolidated Ranking combines the results of Ukrainian universities across three respected national rankings: Top-200 Ukraine, Scopus, and the NMT Score for Contract-Based Admission. Each of these reflects a distinct aspect of a higher education institution’s development: the quality of its educational activities, its research output, its visibility in scientometric databases, and the level of trust among applicants.
In the final table, Carpathian National University named after Vasyl Stefanyk confirmed its 6th place among Ukraine’s higher education institutions. Compared to last year, the university improved its results in several components of the ranking and raised its overall score, reflecting positive momentum in its development.
A strong result in the Consolidated Ranking is an important confirmation of the quality of the university’s educational programmes, its growing research visibility, the trust of applicants, and the consistent development of the university environment.
